Day X - 3:58 pm - Altitude ~ 4 500 m

I was on the way to Manali. A 3 days trip from Leh.

The first night stop was on the Tso Moriri Lake. A salted lake, 28km long, close to Tibet. It was one of the last moments in Ladakh. It was going to be the best moment of the whole journey...

This is one of the first view on the lake, while arriving in Korzok.

Finally i come across another who is posting ones from that part of the world..ive been doing that over the 54 posts..ihad made it to Pangong but not to Tso Moriri due to weather conditions..

this is indeed a great shot with several intriguing layers..the colours...huh...mesmerising..love it..takes me back

Quelles couleurs! C'est tout à fait le genre de paysage qui me plait avec cette combinaison de couleurs qui se marient bien entre elles ainsi que l'aspect dramatique du ciel au dessus des montagnes qui en font un beau tableau. J'ajoute cette photo dans mon thème 'more fav.pic.1'.

Alors voilà, j'arrive sur tes photos après quelques jours de retard... pas de critiques en fait mais j'ai toujours un oeil sur tes photos :-)
celle ci avait particulèrement retenu mon attention : les lacs de très haute altitude ont ce côté magique : ils sont désolés (cet adjectif est approprié), ils sont désolés et majestueux. Tu marches et puis tu les vois, ils t'attendent et ils sont tout simplement beaux. Ce sont des moments magiques de la randonnée...
ce lac bleu nuit semble superbe et je suppose que cela a représenté un moment fort de ton trek.
