On way to Leh- 88 Photo

Photographer’s Note

This is the 88th picture of Leh series.

This is the last of Pangong lakes along with the WS.
The main picture is another look at the lake towards India side. The WS gives a look towards China side of the lake. Though China border is almost 15-16 Kms away inside the lake.
As "Pixle Terror" pointed out in one of the lake pictures that this Leh series has gone too long and has become monotonous and boring, so I guess I'l finish i in the next five pictures, and start osting random shots form other travels before or after that and this time I have decided not to run a series / theme for this long. ;)

Hey Hemant!

Very nice contrast between the clouds and the earth, nice shadows from the clouds on the mountain, overall a good shot.
And yes, you should move on from the lake to other shots, not that there is anything wrong with them, but we`ve seen it before. :)
And thanks for the informative note. Interesting how close China is. You could almost swim there and take a snapshot. And say, "argh I`ve been to China". :>

Hi Hemant !
This is another wonderful share of the Pangong Lake.And who says this series has become monotonous and boring? Anyone who says that is certainly having so sense of beaaty or isn't really bothered to learn anything much from here.I think you have choosen a great way to teach about this particular region on earth,the main motto of this site,as it is not always possible for everyone to reach in person and see.Hats off to your patience and devotion to compile and add the interesting piece of information accompanying each picture so meticulously.You have done a great job so far and it was a wonderful learning experience for me to "See" and know a place which was like a dream but little known prior to this.
So,will be looking forward to see more of your series and please keep it up and don't stop posting going by some exceptional comments by members who doesn't wants to see more of your series,I am sure there are lot of others who thinks like me.This message is to support your amazing series strongly.
