Hello Paul,

Congratulations on your 100th post. This is a sensational shot, with perfect timing, composition, colors and resolution. But without the eye, you don't capture such shots. Among 250+ photographs I've posted, one of my own favorites was The Walking Umbrella, that also reflected a symmetry of sorts.

Congratulations for your 100th post on TE. It's interesting that two photographers are taking pictures in the same posture. The photographer at the left may take a subjective picture, and another may take a objective picture.

That's what they say a good capture... (:-
Perhaps this scene was more interesting of what they were photographing? Strange animals the photographers! When I was in India people couldn't understand why I took shots of things they didn't find fine or interesting...
Anyway, apart from the humour, there is a good parallelism which makes the photo really pleasant. Well done,

=) Great idea for a TE photo! The symmetry in form of the two photographers that the others comented on is of course an excellent aspect of the photo.

My first impression though is that the photographers are kneeling down as if praying, as if the act of taking a photo when something pops up is some sort of ritual. This could say something either very good or very bad about photographers in general. Bad: is taking photos just a reflex for some of us? "OOH look at that: snapshot!" Does every little thing we see need to suddenly be recorded on film regardless of quality, so that maybe everyone has the same snapshots? On the other hand, good: maybe despite the same starting point, each of the photographers could have different techniques, different styles, and each one will come up with an individualized expression of his own?

Well, I'm not sure what this photos says to me, but anyway, well composed and full of interest!
