The building was completed in 1888 to serve as the Vicaregal lodge. The whole Indian subcontinent was ruled from the Summer Capital of Shimla, from this building in fact.

I like the ascendant point of view.It gives grandeur to the building,
A point of view, through the path taking us to to the building.
I found the shade of the direction post a little distracting.
A good beginning
