Taking on a fellow trekearther's suggestion to put a notefor this picture here goes.........

A wet , windy and absolutely delicious morning in the green and serene hill station of Dalhousie in Himachal Pradesh, where the clouds fill your breath.

Dalhousie was promoted as a hill station by the British duing their rule in India and the buildings still hold a colonial charm. Thankfully new constrcution is not permitted and can be done only after obtaining a number of permits from the government.

Dalhousie makes for a perfect destination for those wishing to enjoy a samall walking destination.
