Photographer’s Note
Life's basic lesson is pretty simple- love and be loved...
I could see that in the embrace of these dolls. These were hand made dolls made of colorful pieces of cloths, decorative beads, strings and sticks. They were hanging from the roof of the shop. Gentle breeze kept pushing them towards each other, so they embraced, circled around in their strings, strangled and finally went back. A brief pause, then again they came closer, touched and caressed each other and went their ways. I thought, aren't we all part of this game? We walk our paths but life makes us meet. We meet people, get involved, sometimes stay together and sometimes move on. But life's basic lesson, for us or for these lifeless objects, remains the same- love and be loved.
Shot at Surajkund Fair. A must see for all who love crafts. Thanks for viewing...

Its quintessential and classic Darpan, yet vibrant and striking and very colourful. I like the way this shot has been composed
