The pic is a little offset and the contrast in the lower side is more than the desired limit. But I want to share this pic since I think it has something special effects.
The man and his son is selling Sindoor (a kind of red powder which is used by Hindu married ladies applied in the middle of their forehead and head) in a local fare.
Hope you enjoy it.

Thank you for sharing this interesting image, I've never seen a sindoor stall before and I haven't seen a photo of one either.
You are right that the photo is not technically perfect but it shouldn't deter people from posting those. There are too many technically good but boring images on TE.

It is a long time since I have seen a sindoor seller. I had no idea such businessmen exist even today.

OK as you rightly say not technically perfect this shot, but it has a charm and intrigue about it. Often wondered what the ladies put on their foreheads and this shot answers that question. Lots of character and impact in this shot, so well done and thanks for the originality and information.

Opportunity timely grabbed about father & son and the striking red sindoor, his expression & smiles are priceless and the whole image tells a story. Indeed it's so nice to get glimpses of different cultures and this is a nice exploitation. Nice candid, Congrats

An interesting image of the daily life at India and your informative note make it complete. I like the POV with the Sindoor at first plan framing the faces. It is a pity that the light was so strong causing the fg to become burned because of overexposure.
Thank you for sharing
