This is actually a very good photograph. We learn about the life of the locals, about hard work ...

In my opinion you shouldn't use such frame in this case (without a white line would be better, I would say) and probably converting to black and white would make "better expression".

Good street picture of everyday life, little more to be said. Something few people will get to see but which is everyday life for millions.
