[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
At the entrance you can read this notice:

This is believed to be the oldest Jain temple in Delhi. It is dedicated to Jain Acharya Dada Gurudev Shri Manidhari Jinchandra Suriji whose last rites were performed here in Sambat 1223. Originally build in the late Mughal period, it has been rebuilt later.

Indeed Karman Kumar understood at the age of ten that in this world everybody feels joy and sorrow according to one’s own deeds. So he asked his parents to become monk, known as Dada Gurudev.

Outside the main Sanctorum you'll find these remarkable labyrinths of stairways, connecting different small shrines. He must have been a funny man who designed these stairs, pleasant to follow running through curving small tunnels. You can see in this small detail how it inspired me to add in the same mood some B&W feet, hoping this makes a small difference to all the serious images we see on TE :).

Back from my 5 month journey, time, from coming week on, to screen the wheat that separated itself from the chaff ...

Dag Henk,

Bedankt.

Groeten,
John.
