August and September oar e the two months ,when its rains cats and dogs in North India. And sometimes it affects the daily lifes of the residents.
One such evening and I found this traffic police man,staniding in the heavy downpour, vigilant and doing his duty an honour.

Meenu, I had to laugh but feel sorry for the traffic policeman?
It might not be the sharpest of photos but this conveys more about the dreadful conditions.
