The is one of the several springs that you can see from NH 31A. this one is particularly beside the Teesta Bridge at Teesta Bazar.
The river is at its best, over flowing the banks and is wilder than the wildest Teesta i ever saw. the NH is affected at several places and the life at the hills is totally paralized.
cropped the over exposed area from the original one.

When posting a re-post, (as per the TOS) you must describe any changes you have made from the original- or the image could be subject to removal.
The main thing that is wrong with this image is that it lacks strong subject matter, and composition. There's nothing about this image that makes the viewer go 'wow' or to even really hold their attention at the very least. It needs something to make it stand out from being just another simple snapshot.

Very beautiful view of the nature. The fog or clouds at the top of the frame is enhancing the image. Tista's water is really looking wild.
Good POV and details.

I find this interesting as I've never been to India. A good POV. The water really looks muddy. TFS

I think your cropping helped, but I still feel that some betterment can be done to the pic. I am not in adgreement with Dan that this pic. lacks strong subject matter, as I feel the waterfall is a strong enough subject. I have done a small Workshop, using the basic Picassa package, where I tuned the shadows, highlights, saturation & warmified..finally sharpened.Hope you would like it.

That's a different style in making mountain images..
The green trees, mist and the muddy waters..
Love this image, and the WS .
Salutes, dear friend.

I love the greens .. I love the mist .. I love the water. I wish I didn't have that bit of intrusion on the right foreground.
I wish I had a bit more of the water at the bottom. Very nice.

Pinakie, this is quite a shot, you can almost feel the humidity in the air and hear the thundering of the water down the side of the mountain. Color and detail are very nice. Well captured.

I agree with Dan,but I like the foggy situation here, and you could crop it better with crop the small column in corner.also a bit need to be adjust the contrast and sharpness.but still I like the atmosphere here,Thanks for sharing.

Wonderfull landscape and beautiful capture.
Foggy weather, green forest and waterfall are all excellent in this photograph.
Best wishes from Ankara and have a nice Sunday.

Nice view of the valley and waterfall/stream, although the soil erosion is serious. Good pov.

I like the view in general, the beautiful green, the misty/wet feeling, but as said above by some, I mainly lack a bit more contrast, some sharpening, more intensity. Angshu's ws pleases me well, although the greens look very saturated on my screen. Nice.

The rain clouds lend a nice moody feeling to the picture. The part of the pillar visible
at the bottom right corner is out of place with the mood of the picture.

It is a year since I wrote my last critique...
Nice capture of the muddy river. I can see the power of the water, even if it is not very big. The only one thing that distract me a bit, is a part of the wall in the right part.
