This shot is taken during the famous "Chat Puja" near the river Ganges at Kolkata, India. Chat Puja is one of the popular festivals in Eastern India, wherein the Sun God is worshipped. There is a huge gathering on the river bank at dusk to offer Puja. This shot captures the mood of the peddlar who is trying to sell his products and earn a living, whereas others are enjoying the festivities.

Hello Udayaditya,

You've captured his mood very well. However picture needs improvement in sharpness (seems like you've used too big value of apperture) and may be cropped a little to eliminate unnecessary detail.
