~ Imambara | With The Setting Sun ~
Today I decided to post something different. An architecture shot, which is the most favorite subject to me beside landscape some years ago...
This architecture is called Imambara which you can see just opposite side of The Hazarduary Palace & Museum. This is situated in Lalbag, only some km from my hometown...
Love this panorama of this white architecture in such lighting condition. The setting sun made the sky dramatic while the building can just visible in front of a colourful sky... Long shadows of people in the ground created a mystic atmosphere...
Here is it on your screen.
~ Enjoy it ~

What a charming presentation of this impressive architecture during such a lovely moment! The combination of blue and golden tones and lights created an unique scene. Like it a lot! Great POV and exposure used to reach a superb effect. TFS.

not an easy task to capture this beautiful building from a closer point:)
I like your presentetion here from this POV as well as so moody light, which helps you to create so pleasant atmosphere of the scene.
And finally the color scheme of th eimage.Despite quite dim light you were able to capture excellently colors, especially green and blue shades.

The POV is perfect to show the architecture of the whole building, and the sky really looks great, with fantastic colors! Wonderful composition!

This is a magnificent view. The palace is impressive and the foreground is made very lively by the people strolling on the road and lawns. The clouds and their evening colours add a spectacular performance. This is one of those photos that from time to time make me think of a painting. I would expect to find something like this in a Calcutta museum. I find it slightly dark, but possibly some of the pleasant atmosphere would be lost if more brightness was added. Actually the women in the red/orange sari and the green bag seen in the foreground add brightness, although in a small way.

Great ambiance. The long white structure in midst of such a dramatic sky - true,it creates a magical atmosphere. I liked the tiny baby figure in front of that vast construction and the clouds.
Marvelous colours, particularly in the shades.

Very beautiful panorama of that park in front of the huge building. The clouds are also an attractive element. Well taken, enjoy a nice day.

very nice symmetric composition here. Interesting architecture. Amazing sky, light and deep green of grass in the garden. Also I like the perspective of path. Well presentation.
Have a nice day.

A well composed shot with excellent perspective and lead in lines. The people add scale. I might have played with the levels in the fg to get more brightness and contrast. The sky is marvellous and perfectly exposed. Nice warm cold color contrasts between the yellow and blue with good sharpness. Tfs!

Complimenti in ogni caso.
Ciao e buon fine settimana

beautiful picture I think I have seen in on FB already. Lovely presentation of this elegant palace. You picked a great point of view slightly from above. I like the garden in the foreground full of people enjoying the beauty of this place. Great idea to include the spectacular sky, it made a difference as the building is very long so the sky well complements the composition.

This is a superb work of architecture, and a beautiful capture of it under this most unusual light. The clouds look as if they are emanating from the building giving it an almost heavenly feel, and the path leading in provides excellent depth to the scene. Really nicely done, this is a great image.
All the best
