I was on my first trip after a gap of almost 2 years (as my kid is just 7 months old now)... we went to Digha by train from Shalimar ( barely 3hrs+ journey); the scenic beauty of the rural landscape with the colorful people catches the sight and one soon gets lost in the simplistic natural charm...this is one like it shot from the speeding train; there's a lot more in this series to follow :)

you have captured the colours of bengal very trully. any non-bengali is bound to fall in love with bengal. why did you crop out the left cone? or is it the train was moving fast to frame correctly? given you took it from a speeding train the lack of sharp focus is certainly pardonable. in short, excellent shot. looking more from you

Very unusual agriculture for my part of the world (Europe)! I like the well saturated colors and the reflections in the water! The picture isn't the sharpest I've seen but I can live with it. Thank you for sharing!

very beautiful shot. I loved the colors and keeping in view the fact that this picture has been taken from a moving train, clarity is very impressive.

Una bonita escena cotidiana para estos campesinos realizando sus tareas. Excelente encuadre y bellos colores naturales.
