Suntalekhola is truly an offbeat destination in the Himalayan foothills of Dooars.'Suntane' means 'orange' and 'Khola' means 'small river'.In North Bengal, a small river is called 'jhora' and yet smaller rivers are known as 'khola'.Staying on the bank of the Suntalekhola you will listen to the eternal tunes of water. The sinuous flow of mountain streams will whisper in your heart. The music of rusting leaves and the hide and seek of shadows with the trickling sunrays through the conifer leaves will take you to a pure and pristine world. The land of floating clouds, meandering mountain streams and endless maze of velvet green will leave an everlasting sense of satisfaction in your heart.

This photograph has got great depth. Its showing the place in just one shot with small path leading going down and far...The greenary is ecstatic..Peechone pahar gulo odbhut lagche..!!
Very very well perceived.. Actually when you go to such a place ..its so much of beauti all around that it becomes very difficult to get a good meaningful frame..and you have just got perfect one.
A great note to accompany the lovely image,

This is truly a beautiful world you have painted with your camera and words. The place looks every bit as beautiful as described in your wonderful note. The different shades of green and that long roughly pebbled path leaidng upto the misty mountains look so inviting.
