This is the trek route just after starting from manebhanjan to Chitre..Its a steep climb and the initial climb really takes a toll on the trekkers..!!
It was almost sundown time and that is why one can see the sun rays coming from back of me and falling on the trek path all along..!!!Its a very relishing feel after one reaches Tumling(2900mts) after the initail push.
Now a days there is another route which gradually becoming popular with trekkers and that starts from Dhotre as I had discussed in my earlier shots.!!
The rich vegetation all around with the air gradually turning chilly is a feeling which can only be experienced with the fresh breeze..its a feel like as if you have come into a Oxy parlour..!!!

The path looks wet & slippery. It's a pity the open space is burned out and color saturation is on the high side. Regards. Latiff.

too much contrast? Anyway nice POV and perspective.

Oxy Parlour...what a phrase you have coined but what about colour mixing?......Not impressed, but I like your POV and the placement of the subject.
Excess of everything is bad.....and the shot conains artifical colours to a..........extent.

I'm so happy to discover your beautiful photos of this trek, Indranil. I made this trek a few years ago, and it was a wonderful experience. But difficut, for sure. You've captured the POV of the ascent very well here. Best, -Hugh

I dont know what you have done for enhancement, but I guess it was not required. The colour is over saturated and also the empty right-side is burnt out it seems. But the beauty is the POV and the presence of those trekkers.....
