New Jalpaiguri Junction(NJP)is the main Juncture for the entire people of North-East India. Sometime it is very funny or sometime it is very risky but the thing is that that relates every part of India in the journey of life by train. Even though we see some people have quite interesting life, they do not care what the world is doing? just they waiting for their food.
Many of them these are the few I have caught after missing many shots.

what a stunning shot here! Not to say more words about this shot because your photograph tells its story the best. Shocked to see it as a composition. To say your composition great, is I think, not the best way to salute their process of survival. I can just keep it with my favorites.

This shot has great qualities. I like the framing with the little one on the left adding to it. Of course the babys face in the foreground is very expressive. The black brownish colour almost makes it a shot from the first half of the 20th century. But on the whole the picture needs a social comment. Are these people suffering? Is the baby hungry? If so the pictural qualities blur the social reality. If not, my mistake.

Once in a while I come across Photographs which makes me wonder should I laud the Photographer for his Work or empathise with the story it conveys.
I may be wrong Rai, but I am sorry I cannot applaud you, because by doing so, I would be cutting myself off from the harsher realities of Life and merely looking at insignificant things like the Technicalities of the Image.
Its a strong image no doubt, but I don't like what I am seeing.
