'Doors' is a beautiful place of West Bengal, full with nature. It is the terrain area of north east Himalayas. Numerous rivers you can see in that vast area which are full with water after heavy rain in mountains and in the valley. I took it in a place near Malbazar. The river may be named 'lis' or 'Ghis', I just can't remember it now. The frame I am now sharing with you was captured from a running train, named intercity express, runs through the dense forest areas and such valleys. It is not the right thing to be happened that an express train passes through the sanctuary area. Several accidents were happened in this track and the sufferer are elephants or other animals. It is pity.
I just like the nature of this area very much. Hope you'll also like it a bit, because to like 'Doors' one has to visit this area. It is impossible to show the beauty through photography. Its essence, its dampness, its naturality can not be served by photographs.

Ciao dear Subhendu
I have read with interest your notes and I have to say that with this image you have transmitted the beauty of this landscape, where the nature is owner of the territory. Excellent testimony of trip. Compliments!
Ciao, have a beautiful day!

Essa é uma daquelas imagens de exacerbado interesse, amigo. O resultado gráfico dessas aguas todas ficou uma beleza.

it's an exquisite landscape. The configuration of the river is very interesting. Considering you were moving when you shot, it's incredibly sharp. Not even the foreground is blurred (as it usually happens). Great job and thanks for the note!

I always wanted to visit Doors, but I never managed so far. At least now I can have a look at the scenery. Most probably you are right to state, that to like Doors you have to visit it. In your picture it looks very misty what most probably was due to the season. It is a very atmospheric shot. Well done. Thanks for your critique of my shot from Yan.

splendido posto quello che ci presenti con questa pianura solcata dall'acqua in alcuni punti e questa strana aria di silenzio.
ottima la luce

the place has a certain beauty and the river creates fine graphic patterns. Pity that the weather was not fine and that shooting from the train you could not avoid those electic wires. Anyway you tried your best.

I suppose that at the rain season all these meanders must be less calm !!! A good photograph on this interesting unspoiled site where this misty weather adds a particular atmosphere. The depth of the image appreciable, well done Subhendu and thank you for the instructive note.
With all my friendships of sunny Versailles and with soon,

It is an impressive landscape, the vast plain with the rivers and the mountains in background covered by the fog, they offer us a very attractive image, in spite of the bad weather.
The capture from the train in motion is very good, and you obtained a high quality in the image.
It is a nice work, my friend.

very interesting place and note. The landscape really unique, I like the colors. It is pity that you have these electric lines here though they damage a bit this natural view. Also the upper part seems to be to bright, but I guess the conditions were very difficult.
Still the view is very interesting and exotic, thank you for sharing it,

Hi Subhendu, what a beautiful - and vast - place. The overhead wires are a small drawback, but the beauty of the place overcomes them. I like the depth and the soft colours. Nice work, TFS and I wish you a good weekend, Lisa
