~ No Sunday | No Playing Opportunity ~
No sunday for them. There is no playing opportunity... No scope for schooling...
Only Performance... Performance... & Performance...
She is a street performer, who is in road for her bread & butter... Her mother assists her with the drum and probably her trainer... You can see her balancing on the rope with a pole...
Photo captured at the street of Islampur, a small town of West Bengal. The light contrast is very tough to manage and I succeed partially.
Here is the result on your screen.

Bonjour, cher Subhendu,

She seems very young to be doing this, But, no doubt she is well trained and you learn quickly at that age. I like the point of view looking from behind the mother toward the audience held in thrall. An interesting and colourful daily life composition, very nicely presented.

Is the lady in FG trying to hide her tensed heart-bits by playing the drum loudly? Or she is bound to keep faith that the child will cross over safely.
A tantalizing moment captured with great colours and clarity. Composition is matchless as usual with a touching note.
Thanks for sharing the Mother-i ka khel.
With best wishes,

Une belle scène que tu as très bien mise en image. Ces artistes ambulants (très très jeunes quand même!)attirent toujours les foules.

A good daily life capture of the trapeze like balancing act being performed by the girl using a bamboo pole as a counterweight. Vibrant colour with good sharpness and saturation. The diagonal axis of the single man bottom left, the girl in the centre and the crowd top right, add dynamism. Tfs!

a very strong image that captivates and touches the viewer. Despite the strong light, the very luminous whites make an effective backdrop for the bright colours that paint this quaint and touching scene. I like how you chose to enhance the sense of height. I also find interesting the juxtaposition of the mother with the crowd of spectators. Amazing human interest, I'm sorry the little girl is spending her childhood like this and wonder how she handles it. Congratulations and thank you!
All the best, have a great day,
