For the believers of God, it is an accepted faith across the World that God is one. Hindu Mythology too believe so, but then there remains a question over Hindu Mythology about the various practices of worship rendered to innumerous God in their faith. How come Hindu religion has 33 crore Gods?
Well I too don't have the answer to this question. I have to go for an in depth research and extensive study for that. Being a budding photographer I only use my eyes these days and what I got a group of deities behind the Madan Mohan Temple in Cooch Behar (West Bengal). I could not get a much better composition and exposure due to cloudy weather and small walls encircling the idols.
I hope you enjoy the efforts done.
Regards and Thanks for Visiting

It's good already given the mentionned conditions, a nice collection of deities and here the blue one is popping out due to this color and the dominating position over the "crowd"
Have a nice day JY

Very interesting subjects with good details and colours.
I often see Hindu Temples, in South East Asia and I was also puzzled by the numerous deities in that religion.
But when we study other religions we also find a similar question.
Ancient Hebrew texts talk about "Eloim", the plural form of god.
Egyptian, Greek and Roman civilizations also had numerous gods in their mythologies.
Even in our Catholic religion, there is God and also the son of God, born of a human female and an Angel that came from the sky. (Jesus, son of Mary and Angel Gabriel)
If you are open to a totally different explanation to our origins and religions, I suggest you read books from a scholar named Zecharia Sitchin.
There, you should find an explanation for the Hindu Mythology and the many Gods.
