Photographer's Note

On June 24 th I had gone to a Muslim populated village muthaberia in Birbhum where I found the amazing old lady. After little conversation I ask her to pose in front of my camera and I clicked four-five shots. I like the spontanity of the charming old lady. I am lucky that I was able to click her happy moments. A very simple and staright forward shot. Hope u like it.

What a big smile, an excellent B&W with good grey tones, ever tried a tritone, would well fit here with a slight lighter gradiant background.

Great shot! The expression says it all, so happy and joyful! The black & white works very well too, as the it really shows the lines and shapes so well, and also has great tonality. The black background is a nice touch, because it means there are no distractions. Well done!

I love this portrait so beautiful in expression and texture! The W&B version is working well and gives a silver tint. In the WS the tighter framing works also good. I'll add in my theme 'more fav'pictures 1'
