Back with my fav. dusk shots. But not from my terrace this time. This was shot from a place called Ariadaha, by the banks of the Ganges.
The sunset colors took me briskly to the banks, and shoot.
PP - Reduced levels, brought in a touch of sepia, incresed contrast to +5 and sharpened once.

What a wonderful sunset!
The colour of the sky and the texture of the sea r wonderful!
Beautiful warm colors seen in both water & sky.

We have both uploaded sunsets and I find you have captured a good one here in such calm water and reflections.
Very nice warm glow of the light and spread across the frame. Good pov and composition. TFS

To have such a view from your terrace you have to change your house I guess :-).Anyway,I feel the lack of prominent subject is a minus here, just a flying bird or a floating boat or may be a man offering prayer would have been really nice and would have given the much needed punch in the whole composition.Nothing to say ablout the colours and the reflection and moreover I like the soothing and calm effect that you are able to bring out of the composition.

Really amazing shot. Very nicely captured and composed. Very beautiful colors and crisp shot. It looks like the dance of light between the sky and the water refleceting amazing colors.

Simple yet wonderful, as Isa said but I also agree with Dhurjati that lack of prominent subject is a minus point. Colours are true and painting like...

an impressive view you took.
an orange world with the sun and its reflection on the rippled water, very quiet and peaceful.
I like this width, the nature is really wide beyond our imaginations...

Wonderful shot of the sun going down here...!! very good colors u have got here...i liked the texture of the water in the fore ground a lot..
i guess you could have cropped the sky a bit as the horizon here is dividing the shot into two and another thing is the horizon looks to be a bit tilted...notice korecho..???

Beautiful effect of tone and color. Very touching indeed. But as Indra had said a bit of cropping from the top would hsve added more edge. Still wonderful. Regards.

I love this shot for the amazing colors. However I do feel that it is missing something in FG, a boat, or a fisherman or something, otherwise the composition lacks a little bit. Was there a tree in the banks, whose branches you could have used to frame this shot?
Good shot nonetheless.
PS: loved that everest shot :)

To benefit from splendid sunsets of its terrace, what a privilege!!! These moments are always magic. Very pretty back-light and very pleasant orange colors. The halation around the sun being too marked I find, I propose a WS, I hope that you will like.
With all my friendships and with soon,

I checked the date of the shot before I started to write. Good to see that you've climbed down from your terrace to show us the lovely view of sunset. I feel that some object would have definitely added to the picture, or may be a framing...otherwise it becomes just another sunset shot. Good colours & reflections.

This is a simple composition, but maybe too simple. the colours are nice, but I miss something else that would give the wow ocmponent to your photo.
A good photo anyway, with good colours.
