Leesa Mohanty performing Oriya dance at Mukteswar Dance Festival
With the famous arch of the Mukteswar temple forming its backdrop, the third annual Mukteswar dance festival began in the city from February 17 to 19. The sprawling green lawns in between the Mukteswar and Parsurameswar temple complexes will host the three-day event.
The festival is being organised by the Department of Tourism as part of Ekamra Utsav that is aimed at promoting Bhubaneswar as a major destination for cultural tourism.

The woman is capture just the right way, hoever i think croping it and eliminating the light on the right wold make the portrait even better....tha light is looks more like noise
