Photographer’s Note
This is a scene of State Highway of Jharkhand where you may find people resting on brink of busy road. Every day thousand of vehicle runs on this road. People travel from one part to another by using the road. BUT what does this road means to this father and son? A place where you can stay and take rest for long. The road is a sign of movement, leading to destinations and keeps you agile, but for some of us it signifies nothing more than a standstill. The same road leading them to nowhere, no hope ... no development, no future... where they are no more than a mute spectator of so called development.
Are we ready to take these people with us in the journey to development????
Isn't it a big question before us??

Dynamism and motionlessness in the same time...for them-father and son-it looks that the time stops.... A great pic,Niraj.Touching to see how the little boy is embracing the father's leg...
A nice week for you,Niraj

Niraj..
A regular view in the villages..
There, you can see them having a tea or listening to one of them reading a newspaper.
But, a kid so near ..and that too in the brink of the road is so dangerous..yet they enjoy the relaxed wait..
Congrats, for the energetic image, and the thoughtfull title...
WHERE THIS ROAD GOES TO ..??
Let this road be their life's golden PATH..

Hi Niraj,
Nice effort this, I guess this was a hurried act, so quality not the best, but there are other finer points to look at, the static dynamism and the chemistry shared by the father son duo.
Best Wishes

Hi Niraj
Nice low pov. Good square central comp. The eye contact(4 of them) really makes the iamge. A good motion blur behind. Sharper next time. Anyhow well done.

hi niraj..
very good shot..the way boy looks and hold the leg of his father(hope so) add extra points of the shot...but the way you cut them..i dont like that..you can shoot it in vertical format hope that will be better and it need some contrast...anyway beside this the look of the child is very good...best wishes..subir

Hi Niraj. I took time to look and relook at the shot. I still don't have the answer of the question writ large on their faces. While you were aiming them, they seem to tell you ' Take as many shots as you want. But still we don't know where the road of our lives leads to'. The support the kid is seeking holding his father, peeping over his arm, oblivious of the motion behind is irresistible. I salute thee.

Hello Niraj. This picture is very good in that it shows a daily moment in the life of this people. They seem very relaxed and completely content with their situation at the moment. Good use of noise to enhance the mood of the moment. Nice work.

Hi Brother
Just excellent, a very good or we can say 100% true picture of daily life's, Expression of both's looks live. Compostion is not good but lights and deaitls is really good, That car in backround and road make this picture best. I would like to see more wide angle with road.
Keep sharing.

Dear Niraj,
Those sparkling eyes of the little kid peeping behind the arm of his father have made this picture stand out. Even if the car behind is cropped out it will be the same attractive photo and may be more.
Extremely well capture of a moment.
Best wishes

Hello Niraj,
Very heart moving photo...I like how boy is looking at the camera and I think is the point of focus in this picture for me. Good addition of moving car in the background giving a sense of motion.
Well taken

I see very good possibilities in this photo, but first of all I feel, that it should be in b&w. The car is dominating too much, so a crop could help, and finally I would flip the foto around leading the eyes of the viever into the eyes of the child. See my workschop.
