Hi Satyakki,
Your image does show the joy and colorfulness of people living a less complicated life.
I learned to swim in rivers and fish, and being a Pisces, always love and respect the power of water.
Thanks for sharing,
Ray

Sir
I always believed that photography is everything about capturing moments and there lies the potential of a good photographer. This particular imgage has an exceptional portray of moments. I can feel jubilation of each & every members.Too good, only if UV filter is used then the excessive sunrays could be dismissed. Great one

Hehehe, the joy on thier faces feels warm and bright gives a whole new meaning to "Homecoming" ;)
It is very interesting to compare your village lifestyle appreciation, compared to our own remote villages being slowly emptied of young people seeking jobs in the cities because farming/logging/mining just is'nt what it used to be.
We have a lot to share & compare ;)
On the technical side, the picture is unfortunately a bit too much high key, lots of oversaturated areas in the water (mud?) that erases details.
A tip you could use is to lower the auto-exposure setting and force use of the flash, in order to give a bit more light the the back-lighted subjects. Hard to do on the spurr of the moment though, and your timing is spot on ;)
