Photographer’s Note
The little city of Bodhgaya is a beehive of activity, due to the fact that it was the place in which the Buddha attained enlightenment. The market on the steps that leads up to the temple area is no exception. This young lady was one of the sellers there.

Hi Steve!
I like the way you have managed this photo. On the one hand the razor sharp face and on the other hand the movement of the scarf.
Excellent portrait photography.
Have a nice day

Hello Steve! She is lovely, her foulard is really attractive and I wish it was mine :))) The colors are just so pretty and natural. The sun on her face shows her beauty even more. Very nice the movement, the street scene begins to live this way. Really good work, I like it a lot. Best regards, Barbara.

Hello Steve,
I really like this photo, although it's partly due to the beauty of the girl and her good taste in her choice of shawl :-).
Your contribution is getting the focus perfectly on her face and catching that warm afternoon sun (I guess it is).
Once I remember someone suggesting in a critique that snapshots were not appropriate for TE. I guess he only recognized carefully composed pictures of dead objects as real photographs. But what would TE and the world of photography be without snapshots like this, a fraction of a moment saved for eternity?
Regards,
Gert
And thanks for adding me to your favourites' list. I'm honored.

Hi Steve,
I continue to enjoy your wonderful capture of people - this one is no exception. The warm gently smile gives a sense of peace and contentment - colors and perspecfive add to make this one a keeper. TFS. Gerald
