Photographer’s Note
This little novice was on the serious side. He never cracked a smile and never moved, but looked right into the camera for over a minute. He was standing and observing the lower temple area, where many monks pray, and do prostrations, in the very sight where the Buddha achieved enlightenment 2600 years ago.
