This is a portion of historic Cellular Jail in Port Blair in Andaman. This jail has witnessed the most agonising part of India's fight for freedom from colonial rule. The barbaric torture of indian freedom fighters was at its extreme here. Though it appears to be a beautiful piece of architecture, this building is the one which no one ever wanted to reside.
The prison was designed like a starfish with seven such arms each meeting the other at the centre. Presently only three arms are left. The prison could accommodate about 700 prisoners at a time. The imprisonment in Cellular jail was called as 'Kala pani ki saza'.

This is not to see, that this nice building has a very great history and use becomes ,as jail.
Sharpness and clarity are pleasant, one minus is the white sky.
You chose a wonderful angle this cares for depth and perspective.
Colours and presentation are perfect made.
Very well done, TFS.

Thank you for visiting my photo. Here, you chose a godd angle of shot to show part of this prison building qith a good perspective. Although the sky is white, the colors are well saturated and the details are sharp. The is a small tilt to the right.
