Photographer’s Note

In national parks of India tourists are taken on Elephants for safari ride.
Here at a noon time tired Elephants and their Mahouts are returning after the safari was over.

Hello Nazir,
Very nice photo of the elephants in such a natural green setting. Looks like they are heading out to work carrying ladders for the people to go up on a tree or roof. Photo quaility if not the best but a nice deccent shot with nice colors and ocmposition. a Very nice daily life image. Thanks.

This is a wonderful photo from India. I like that is shows how things work in India. Every culture finds it's own way to make things function. This picture isn't romantic, more pragmatic. It's a perfect image for TE.

Hi Nazir,

A very different picture than my colourful elephants I captured in Amsterdam. But these elephant are humoristic too with the ladders in their trunks, as if they want to climb in the trees.

What a dramatic and exotic shot. The elephants carrying the ladders with which tourists mount them. I see in the background the truck kicking up dust and receding from the elephants. How on earth did they pass each other.

the specific dark colour of the elephants (just because they happened to be in the shade at that moment!) make this view look a tiny bit scary... maybe just like a scene from a movie about a jungle life! but I like the perspective and the composition :)
