Photographer's Note
Sanchi is one of the most impressive budhist sites in the world. The monuments are dated from 3rd cent. b.C. to 1st cent. a.C. Sanchi is a very small village in the state of Madhya Pradesh, 60 km away from the capital Bhopa. The monuments are situated in a hill with nice views of the countryside. Few people goes there, and the visit is a real pleasure for the traveller.

To add more, the National Symbol of Republic of India is taken from one of these budhist mounaments. These are world heritage now and apart from Sanchi, the 'Stoops'(as in hindi) are also in Sarnath(UP), Gaya(Bihar)and many other places.
BUT, Sanchi is the most preserved from them all.
A well shot Indeed.
bravo!
