Photographer's Note
This third bracket style is uniquely original. A baby elephant stands erect on a simulated lotus stalk and nuzzling the underside of the neck of an adult. There is a light-hearted frivolity to the sculpture revealing the skill of the artists who conceived and executed the work as supports beneath the chhajjas in the courtyards of the palace.
