Hi Marko,
Himmm. They seem delicious. They are so big from my mother’s style. I know some proverb that tells it must be fit at least 40 in one table spoon for girls who makes this ravioli and want to get married. Beer is not good drink for me. I prefer garlic-yoghurt sauce on it with dried red paprika. By the way out of focus photo is not important now ;) Congratulations.
Best Regards,
Ertugrul

Wow, Marco you should not have posted that photo. I almost ate my monitor :) Anyway, I can contest and dispute the following statement: "..and then eat everything else, but not the very top" I love to eat the very top of Khinkali. Also, only weak Georgians eat 10-15 Khinkali (no offence to Serbs who eat only 5). :) Usually, it’s being consumed at an alarming rate for foreigners who happen to witness it.
In conclusion, you have made my day by posting that photo, reminding me of what I’m missing while away from my native land :(
Thanks a lot Marco

Dear Marco,
I also like Khinkali but of course as a woman I am not able to eat many of them. Last time (last august)when I was in transit through Georgia and visiting my friends I managed to eat 5 khinkali. It was very late, almost midnight so I preferred not to exeggerate with the quantity. Our table looked the same as yours: khinkali and Kazbegi beer. Although I prefer red wine (especially in Georgia)I like Kazbegi a lot, it's my favourite Georgian beer.
I definately became hungry now.
I would sharpen your picture a bit.
Warm greetings from covered by snow Poland
