Abkhazia is a region of 8600 km2 in the Caucasus which is an autonomous republic of Georgia .The capital is Sukhumi which is lokated on the Black Sea.I have seen this flower in Botanic garden of Sukhumi.Botanic garden is an ornament of Capital,one of the most well-known on Caucasus.Its history totals more than 160 years old.The demonstration part of garden is lokated in centre of city.now there was collected more than 5000 kinds,forms and grades of plants from all ground.

that sure is a very beautiful water lily...and you sure did a very good job at taking a picture of it. Check out my water lily picture and you will see what I mean. Unfortunatly I was still using negative film and the scan was not very good. Beautiful colours here and VERY sharp. I like the reflections on the water.
