Hi Berida,
Your picture was taken in Georgia, but it could have been taken in any country of the former Communist block. My neighbourhood in Poland is nearly the same. It's good where you live, that some square with really nice trees were added to relive the ocean of concrete.
Quite good composition. Well exposed, so the snow is really white.
