Photographer’s Note

Shadows lingering on a narrow bridge over abyss... Where do they head for? Hell? Heaven? I wouldn't even try to guess.

(Caves under the monastery in New Aphon - I apologise beforehand for my wrong (?) spelling of the geographical name and ask for help: if you use any dictionary to translate names of the places you've been to, let me know, I would be grateful).

P.S. My first visit abroad (to Georgia) was successful ;) Other photos about to come =)

The first idea which comes to my mind looking at this photo is that it's an illustration to Dante's Divine Comedy. Very impressive. Just strange that I am the first to tell that.

This is really beautiful, and your decision to catch the shadows on this interesting lime stone wall is unusual and good. It is this flourish of creativity that TE allows us to see even more than the places that they come from. Bravo!
