Hello Ryno,
This is a fine close-up of these old buildings climbing up the hillside. The light and colours are very good. I was here a few months ago and enjoyed parts of this photogenique city, although the decay resulting from a long time of neglect was a bit depressing. That decay is not visible from this distance, only the beauty.

Tiblisi seems to be a very pleasant place. At least the way to present it to us, it makes one want to go there. So this is a pleasant scene with a gorgeous light, good colors, amazing sharpness and clarity and good framing.
