[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
My team started hiking up Mt Ramelau from Hato Bulico at 3am in order to catch the sunrise from the summit. The climb was more challenging than we had expected but we arrived just in time for it.

The statue of the Virgin Mary stands at the summit (EL +2960) as a visible expression of Timorese spirituality. For reasons unknown to me, the statue faces the West so the rays of the rising sun comes from the back on this photo.

Any comment on the composition etc is much welcomed.
