Photographer’s Note
Last Sunday Andrew (orme) pointed out to me a walking tour around the part Hong Kong that I'm most familiar with. Amazing how many things one takes for grantanted unless something makes you look closer. This building wasn't even on the list, but I like it anyway, rather like I imagined most of Hong Kong to be like until I first went there.

When you've been in a place long enough, you don't notice things anymore; thus I like looking at other's photos of the places I spent a while in, seeing things through someone else's lens. There is always some pleasany surprises.
There are many old buildings in Wan Chai similar to this one and they are drfinitely photo worthy, especially as they likely won't be there for too long.
I like how you took in the trams in the foreground, but the neon signs on the left are a bit distracting. These three objects -building, trams, signs, would all make interesting subjects. But having them altogether in one frame makes it messy. I think choosing a subject, and focusing on it, and having other elements as complimentary to that would make this photograph more memorable.

Hello Richard.
Nice urban landscape with several vertical items and great perspective.
Well done.
Best regards.

Hallo Richard!
A somehow fascinating photo with a plethora of details! All these structures, these objects, these colours ... One doesn't know where to look at first. I think this shows the atmosphere of this place very well. This really isn't my world - but it's fascinating ...
Greetings from very wet Germany!
Frank
