On one of my very last days travelling around Asia this winter, I went to Beijing's Heaven Palace. It felt weird to be back in such a westernised city after spending most of my time in Western China. I was thus very excited to see two old men dressed the old way and his mate behind, who were likely shown Beijing by some younger relatives as they looked like their sons who had moved to the city. I was looking for a way to take a picture of the first one, I saw this younger guy, fully dressed like a Westerner with some expensive photography gear, looking much more like a city guy, more like what China is too quickly becoming...
