Silkroad travels: Ürümqi People's Park
The panel nicely illustrates the effort of the Chinese governement to organize the lives of people living in crowded cities. The panel has a certain age, it has nothing to do with preparation to the Olympic games, Bejing is far away. In my country (Switzerland) such a panel would be vandalized in no time.
