Resting from Tibetian prayers

| Young women resting from their prayers. They tie their skirts close to their bodies. They do not have to worry about indecent exposure as they pray. They bow, then lay face down on the ground, then get up and repeat it hundreds or thousands of times. This is often in penance or to gain more spiritual karma (luck). |
