| Tingri is definitely a place where all your tibetan dreams will come true. Itīs situated at 4800m above sea level surrounded by golden fields, sand and off course the high himalayas. The most impressive is the Cho Oyu(8201m) but you also see the rocky pyramid of Everest. This photo was taken outside Tingri in a small village, I got a ride on a motorbike to get there, and from here the mountain views are even better. When I look at this picture itīs hard to not feel sorry for the tibetan people and their suffering.Maybe Tingri is the tibetan dream and wish this village will survive. |

I believe their lives will become better and better.
I love Tibet, and I feel their sadness and misery under occupation. My own grandmother had to leave her country, and could not go back when it was communist.
(DannyOzzie needs to go back and live in china, he hates Tibet. Let him live like a Tibetan!!!!) I have been to Tibet 3 times, and have many Tibetan friends in India and Nepal.)
