Hello Amos

Great portrait!
Like it says in most photo guides: "Children make great subjects for portraits...", and this is no exception.
With the side lighting I feel the features of her face are well brought forward, and to put it a little rude it could be jsut any little girl anywhere in the world... but that is where the difference comes in this photo.
The backdrop of the photo, the red umbrella... the deep red colour, it simply is screaming "CHINA!" at me.
I truly have to say that this is one of the few really great portraits I ahve seen here on TE.
Truly magnificent, thank you for sharing.

Hello Amos,
yes, a very beauty portrait. The smiling children it's very nice, and the 3 colours, red of the ubrella, green of the jacket, and white of the face, are very pleasant to view, a good effect.
Good idea & well done, regards,
Davide
