Photographer’s Note
The 14th ANNUAL QINGDAO INTERNAL BEER FESTIVAL is currently running in the city of Qingdao, Shandong Prov. Qingdao is home to the Tsingtao brewery, maker of China's most famous beer. The festival is held every year and is a big event, with people coming from around China and the world to visit it.
The main action is centred on 'Beer City' in the east of the city. Here thousands of people mill about drinking beers from all over the world and enjoying live music, entertainment, food... or just sitting about in an alcoholic daze.
Here are the obligatory Beer Girls. The photo is not technically brilliant (iso 400 noise) but it shows what the festival is like.

It looks like Qingdao may be the chinese Munich... and that they promote beer in pom-pom girl style !

I like Qingdao Beer very much, it is very popular in Japan.
