Photographer’s Note

Hello friends!
Happy New Year!!
It's been long since my last post. A lot happened since then. I made my trip to India to visit my parents and some dear friends. Since my return, a lot happened in my personal life too. I have quit my job and now starting my own martial art school in few weeks.
enough about me, about the photo.
This was taken at Hong Kong International airport. I was going to my terminal to catch my plane when I saw this group of people all in black looking out to the Quantam Airlines Plane below. Apparently some body really important died and this group of people were bidding farewell to the departed soul.

The silhouetted people works well to illustrate the situation you describe in the note, and I also notice the intriguing reflection...

Very intriguing shot, Pranab, nicely achieved, maybe I'll just crop a few pixels off the left, to achieve a row of silhouettes really from side to side, well done :) Daniel

It is good to see you back and hope the New Year is wonderful to you and your family! I like the stark lines of the windows with the people silhouetted in front of them. It appears almost to be a B&W shot except for the bit of red seen through the window. Very nicely done on the 'rule of thirds', too. This is just a really cool shot and a great note!
