About ten kilometres from Yangshuo is the Youlong River, quiet little backwater well away from the main tourist centre. Back in Yangshuo, you might have to wait an hour or so to take a ride on one of these bamboo rafts but here you could have taken your pick of fifty.
I love discovering these little hideaways, I spent two and a half days here, staying in a converted farmhouse about a half a kilometre from this scene.
I couldn't understand why there were so many rafts here because this place was so far off the beaten track that very few people would even know where to find it.
There certainly wasn't much going on the day I was there.

This is a great discovery, one of those rare spots people hardly know about...the shot itself is good, just minus exposure a bit will lighten and bring out the details on those bamboo rafts. Nice shot :)
