Photographer’s Note
Chanyang - Guangxi.
Near the border between Guangxi, Guizhou and Hunan is the typical Dong village of Chengyang, with its famous wind-and-rain-bridge and drumtowers.(See other pictures as well) The village is full of "couleur locale". Some beautifull streetscenes round every corner. Big tourism is onmy starting to discover the area. But that will go fast. The chinese have learned the advantages of tourism (=money). But still this place is still very quiet compared to the very crowded Guilin and Yangshuo area nearby.
