[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Zhaoxing - Guizhou. The basic color of the Dong minority clothes is indigo. Plants are used to make the color. After the dying, the cloth is hanged to dry. The next part of the proces is hitting the cloth with wooden hammers for the material to become shiny and a little rainproof. So when you walk around in the village, you can hear the sound of women hammering the cloth a whole day long.
