Photographer’s Note
During China's Spring Festival everything shuts down, including the restaurant that me and the other foreigners ate at everyday. So the owner Tony, took us to his home town for the holiday.
What always strikes me in smaller towns is peoples response to foreigners. It seems like we are as much a sight to them as their town is to us. All the other boats were smiling and waving at the boat of foreigners. Posing and cheering when their picture was taken.
