Photographer’s Note
This picture is take at the QianShan mountains close to the city of Anshan.
Chinese people always make wishes in their mountains, in Yellow mountain they put padlocks in the trees, in QianShan, they put red ribbons in the trees and on wires. They write their wish on the ribbon, and hope for the best. Intersting tradition.
I likes this shot because of the red and blue colors. Only croped and sharpend.

Interesting compo. I like how the red ribbons form a line right across the frame. The only thing I would have liked to see improved would be to have a real shallow DOF to throw the background out of focus. Anyway, this is good stuff. Well done!

beautiful, i like this compo very much, we can see the chinese characters on those ribbons... i´ve see this in Japan, all those knotted white papers on branches, very sweet/innocent i think, to believe in this...
